Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Alex Fernandez, the Executive Chef for Lesley Hospitality. Alex, a Los Angeles native, brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to our team. His journey began with inspiration from his mom and grandmother, leading him to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
Alex honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC, and The Charleston and Cinghiale in Baltimore. His diverse experience spans across eight different colleges, showcasing his versatility and passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Outside the kitchen, Alex enjoys quality time with his two sons, indulging in baseball games, music, movies, and, of course, cooking. His enthusiasm for food and its power to bring people together is truly infectious, and we are excited to have him as part of our community.
